In the 90's the US Federal Government took over water facilities all over Puerto Rico and froze all new connections to water and sewage plants. This necessary but drastic action cost millions of dollars in losses to local developers.
To attend this time of crisis Sani Plant provided developers with temporary solutions that enabled sites to manage their water treatment needs autonomously until the permits were finally cleared.
